The Fifth Thread


At The Fifth Thread, every piece is crafted with intent and designed to meet premium quality standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy under the conditions below.

1. 15-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in the exact same condition as delivered

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Have no stains, perfume smell, marks, damage, or alterations

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited edition drops

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

3. Exchange Policy

We  do not offer size exchange. 

 

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • The returned item passes our quality inspection.

  • The product is verified to be in original condition.

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images and an unboxing video (mandatory for claim validation).

Claims without proof may not be approved.

6. Return Process

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product

Wait for approval before shipping the item back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
