  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Areas: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept delivery:

  • Shipping and return charges may be deducted from the refund.

8. Damaged Package on Arrival

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

Claims without proof may not be approved.
